Prior to joining Vitale, Vickrey, Niro, Solon & Gasey LLP, Dylan M. Brown worked several years for another boutique litigation firm. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa, and received his law degree from Loyola University of Chicago, focusing on Intellectual Property Law. In his career, Dylan has been a part of numerous trial teams, including actions as diverse as a $124 million jury verdict in a breach of NDA case in Grail v. Mitsubishi, Civil Action No. 1-07-CV-098590, brought in the Superior Court of California at San Jose; as well as a jury verdict of willful infringement which led to a favorable multi-million dollar settlement in WorldWide Stationery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. v. Bensons International Systems, Inc., Civil Action No. 3:11-cv-00523, brought in the Northern District of Ohio.
Dylan and Partner Paul Vickrey recently won a not-guilty verdict in a murder trial which the firm handled on a pro bono basis. Read more about it here.
